The increasing requirement for effective surface treatment techniques in diverse industries has spurred considerable investigation into laser ablation. This research explicitly compares the effectiveness of pulsed laser ablation for the removal of both paint coatings and rust oxide from ferrous substrates. We determined that while both materials ar
